About This Engagement

On our call of 27 June you set the direction: bring content creation and social media management in-house, strengthen SEO, and lay the foundation for a marketing department run by your own people, starting with Rida and Aman. You asked for a plan with realistic timelines and budgets. This is that plan.

This is a six-week, hands-on training program that takes your team from where they are today to independently running the systems you saw demonstrated live on our call: content research agents, AI ad creation, video production and editing, a unified reporting dashboard, and SEO workflows, all inside one workspace.

We are not starting cold. The SEO work on your Shopify store and the Meta ads playbook from May are already in place. This program builds your team's ability to run and extend that work themselves.

The Goal

By the end of week six, your team can do the following without outside help:

The Six-Week Program

Format: one live 90-minute Zoom session per week, recorded for lifetime access. Practical assignments between sessions. Direct WhatsApp support Monday to Friday for the full six weeks. Up to 10 team members may attend; the core operators are Rida and Aman, with Talha joining as needed.

Week 1: Foundations. Claude Code set up for each operator. The Cajees brain built: brand guidelines, product data, customer profile and voice, stored in a portable knowledge base your team owns. Ground rules installed: no hallucinations, sources required, human review on everything.
Week 2: Content Research and Strategy. Research agents that track trends and competitors across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, anchored to your own channel baseline rather than competitor hype. A working content calendar and a scheduled Monday-morning research routine delivered to your inbox.
Week 3: Content Creation. Scripts with hooks in your brand voice. AI image generation with your correct logo and brand colors, refined in Canva Pro where that is faster. UGC-style product videos and vertical promo videos with South African accent voiceovers, built from your own product pages.
Week 4: Video Editing and Publishing. The free-tool editing pipeline: automatic removal of dead space and double takes, color grading, audio cleanup, captions and subtitles, and repurposing to vertical. On our call this cut a 5:43 raw video to about 1:33 at zero software cost.
Week 5: Paid Ads and the Dashboard. Your Meta Ads account connected to the workspace. Campaign creation using the existing Cajees ads playbook, always publishing paused for review. The live CEO dashboard connecting Meta Ads, Shopify, Google Ads and Analytics, with scheduled weekly reports. Your account was returning R2.39 for every R1 spent when we pulled it live on the call; now your team can watch and act on that number weekly.
Week 6: SEO and Handover. The SEO expert workflow: content gap analysis against other South African retailers, bulk meta description and product SEO updates across the store, and the local plus national keyword play (Trichardt store plus nationwide delivery). Department SOPs saved as reusable skills. The 10/80/10 operating rhythm locked in, and a 90-day roadmap for the department.

10% human instruction up front, 80% AI execution, 10% human review before anything ships. Your team members are the orchestrators. Nothing publishes without a person approving it. This is how the department stays fast without putting the brand at risk.

Suggested structure: Rida as lead AI operator (research, ads, dashboard, SEO), Aman on content production (images, video, publishing), Talha on weekly review and direction. We refine this together in week one.

The reduced rate reflects the working relationship already in place: the SEO engagement and the Meta ads playbook mean the groundwork is done, and I would rather see your team running this system than leave that groundwork idle.

Payment terms: 50% (R15,000) to begin, 50% (R15,000) at the start of week 4. Bank transfer (EFT).
